Dave began his career in 2002 while working for a local property management company in Breckenridge, CO. While working for Paragon Lodging as a maintenance tech he learned that the most obvious contribution to our local economy was accommodations for tourism. Not long after this realization he narrowed his focus to working directly with homeowners at Copper Mountain. He knows that homeowners couple the lodging industry and the real estate market as tools for investment, and that these independent investors contribute the lion’s share of the lodging inventory for Summit County.

Dave’s background in property management gives him a strong advantage in finding the best opportunities to grow your investment dollar. From an investor’s perspective his experience is invaluable. Matt moved from the green hills of Tennessee to the rocky mountains of Summit County in 2000. He graduated with a BA in music at The University Of Belmont in Nashville. Eight years has past and life couldn’t be better for Matt. Living in the Rockies has been a dream come true to him. He has been selling real estate for four of those years. Becoming a Realtor was an easy decision, to use his talents with person-to-person contact, business skills, and sell what he loves. He was working with a real estate team made up of five licensed realtors and just recently decided to join forces with Dave.
