The is the year for inventory! The Summit County MLS is at about 50% more listings this year than last year. Buyers don't be fooled. The Sellers are still sticking to there prices. Buyers are making low offers and Sellers are not moving. As much as it should be a Buyers market its really at a flat point. Since August 1, 2008 we are starting to to some movement. Listing are starting to sell and Buyers are starting to buy. The activity has really picked up. We feel that the next 4 month are really going to pick with property going under contract.We are looking forward to it!!
